B. Moore's Color of The Year

I have really been looking forward to celebrating Benjamin Moore’s Color of the Year, Aegean Teal BM 2136-40. It is a color that truly creates comfort and harmony. This is made by blending colors from blue waters and green meadows, which then stand on its own to represent a fresh and calming atmosphere. After a year of the pandemic, we truly need the serenity and beauty of Aegean Teal. This color invites us to reflect and reset.

Whether it is a deep patina teal formed on copper or a soft teal in a patterned fabric, this color never loses its impact on our emotions and well-being. There are great color combinations to consider as well. B Moore’s Land of Liberty #440 is a warm and strong green that goes fabulously with Aegean Teal and can be complemented with an accent of Pale Oak OC-20.

One of our popular combinations is Hale Navy HC-154 with Aegean Teal. They work so well together in a living or family room with an accent color of Dove Wing OC-18. They are sure to elevate your day!

You will find teal inspiration in many walks of life, in nature, fashion and interiors. There’s no doubt Aegean Teal is enhancing our views in 2021, and I think that is good for all of us.
